Returns & refunds

Yes, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your original order.

1. Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal .
2. Select the item or items you wish to return and choose the reason for the return.
3. Submit your request and download your return label. We will also send the label to you by email.
4. Print the label and attach it to your parcel, or show the label on your phone at the selected shipping service point.

After your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt.

Your refund will automatically be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The applicable return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds by payment method

Debit or credit card

The refund will be transferred to the bank account linked to your card.

PayPal

The refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

Online banking

Payments made through iDEAL, Sofort, Giropay or Bancontact will be refunded directly to your bank account.

Klarna

When returning your order, please register the return with Klarna as well. If you have already paid, your refund will be processed after your return has been received and approved.

You will receive an email when your return has been received and processed in our warehouse. We normally initiate the refund within 48 hours after sending this confirmation.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement, such as a letter or email.

You may use the withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Return address

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met when you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

The cost of returning the goods is based on the shipping rate applicable to your order.

You are only liable for any decrease in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
